  • What gemstones do you work with? We specialize in exceptional, natural colored gemstones such as rubies, emeralds, and sapphires. If you are considering a different gemstone, please let us know during your initial consultation, and we will gladly provide expert sourcing guidance based on your criteria.   • How do you source your gemstones? We partner with some of the world’s leading gemstone wholesalers to handpick the perfect, investment-grade stones exclusively for each client. We do not hold extensive standing inventory, ensuring your selection is an entirely unique and personalized experience.

  • Are your gemstones certified? Yes, all of our gemstones are rigorously certified by renowned institutions such as Gübelin, GRS, GIA, and GUILD. Your official certification is included with your final piece. If you require an additional certification, please discuss with us on the additional pricing (if required).

  • How long do I have to make a decision on a stone? Because these are rare, highly sought-after gemstones, we can hold your curated selection off the market for up to three days. Prompt feedback ensures we can secure your perfect stone before it is acquired elsewhere.

  • Are your jewelry pieces fully custom? Yes. Every piece of Musa High Jewelry is meticulously made-to-order. We are dedicated to providing the highest level of craftsmanship to meet your exact specifications and perfectly honor your chosen stone.

  • What metals and design options are available? The design possibilities are limitless. We typically work with18K white gold, 18K yellow gold, and platinum. We also offer specialized techniques, such as hand-painted enamel, ensuring subtle, unique variations in your design. You are welcome to share inspiration with us to help guide your piece.

  • What if I don’t know my ring or wrist size? We will gladly send you a complimentary sizing kit once your gemstone selection is confirmed.

Section II: Commissions & Client Care

  • How long does the bespoke process take? Musa High Jewelry is entirely handcrafted. Please allow 8 to 12 weeks from start to finish to ensure your piece receives the time and attention it deserves. If you have a specific date in mind, please inform us; we will do our best to accommodate your timeline, though handcrafted estimates are subject to change.

  • Why can’t I get exact pricing at the very beginning? Because each gemstone is privately sourced and every setting is custom-made, pricing is highly tailored to your specific commission. While we can discuss base pricing for 18K settings, you will receive your precise, tailored quote once we present your curated gemstone selection.

  • How does payment work? To secure your chosen gemstone, the full gemstone cost is collected upon selection. The remaining balance for the setting and production is due upon completion of your piece prior to shipping, or within 30 days of finalizing the setting design, whichever comes sooner.

  • What payment methods do you accept? We accept wire transfers and credit cards (please note a 3% surcharge applies to credit card transactions). We are happy to accommodate payments in USD, HKD, and RMB. Please discuss with us if you require another currency.

  • Do you work with clients globally? Absolutely. Because our bespoke process is highly personalized yet entirely remote, we seamlessly collaborate with clients all over the world.

  • How is my jewelry shipped and packaged? All commissions are shipped via fully insured, express delivery through trusted providers such like FedEx/UPS. Your jewelry will arrive beautifully presented with a handwritten note. Please let us know if you require special packaging.

  • Do I need to sign for the package? Yes, all packages require an adult signature upon delivery. We can ship to any secure residence or business address, or we can route your package to a nearby FedEx/UPS facility for a secure pick-up.

  • What is your return policy? Because every piece is custom-made specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

  • Do you offer ring resizing? Your first ring resize is complimentary. Any subsequent resizes start at $50, plus any necessary shipping costs. We recommend against frequent resizing to maintain the structural integrity of your ring.

  • Do you provide cleaning services? We offer complimentary lifetime cleaning and polishing. Please note that you are responsible for securely shipping the piece to us.

  • Can I reset my gemstone? Yes, we offer setting upgrades and reset services for any gemstones originally purchased through us.
